As AUE continues to gain recognition for our involvement in many important issues relating to visual artists living in England, we receive many good wishes, including offers of help and expertise. One such person was Ogulcan Ekiz, a law student specialising in the field of copyright law, in the USA, the UK and the EU. He has kindly produced a bespoke guide which should help us all to familiarise ourselves with this complicated field of law. We owe it to ourselves to understand what happens to our work once it has been produced. You have rights – this guide will help you to understand them.
